Do you offer different varieties and flavours?

Absolutely! Kuevings offers a variety of flavors for both Kue Lapis and Bika Ambon, such as classic pandan, chocolate, and cheese. Check out our menu for the complete selection here.

Are Kuevings products Halal?

We are not halal-certified; however, we do not use pork or lard in our products, and our ingredients are sourced from halal-certified suppliers.

Do you offer any other flavors or varieties?

Can I get same-day pickup or delivery for your Kue and Kue Lapis Legit?

We take pride in baking our Kue and Kue Lapis Legit fresh daily to ensure you receive the highest quality and most delicious treats. To maintain this standard, we recommend placing your orders in advance to guarantee availability.

However, we understand that cravings can strike anytime! Feel free to WhatsApp us at +6011-2617-9319 to check if we have any spillover stock available for same-day pickup or delivery. We'll do our best to satisfy your "kuevings" and make your day a little sweeter!

Does Kuevings take bulk or custom orders?

How far in advance should I place a bulk order?

Please place bulk orders at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability.

Refund Policy

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept refund. We will exchange the same product under special circumstance.

How can I place an order with Kuevings?

Order can be placed:

  1. Through our website by selecting your items and adding them to the cart.
  2. By contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

Do you require advance orders?

We recommend ordering at least 1-2 days in advance to ensure freshness and availability.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmed order or reservation will only be honoured if full payment has been made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from credit/debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets. The payment methods will be available upon checking out. However, we regret that other forms of payment which are not available at checkout, will not be accepted.

Does Kuevings offer delivery services?

Yes, we deliver to select areas only. Delivery fees apply based on location.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary depending on your distance. The fee will be calculated at checkout or communicated when you place an order.

Do you provided priority delivery

Yes, we do! For only an additional of RM30, we will be sending it out from our kitchen within an hour and to your doorstep.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, you can opt for self-pickup at our store. The pick-up location and time will be confirmed after placing your order.

What are your local delivery and pick-up hours?

All next-day local deliveries and pick-ups are available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please indicate the preferred timeslot to receive or pick up your order when checking out.

*NOTE: Local deliveries will not be available near or during CNY period. Store Pickup will still be available throughout CNY period.

How do I store Kue Lapis and Bika Ambon from Kuevings?

Follow these tips to maintain freshness:

  • Kue Lapis: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 14 days.
  • Bika Ambon: Best consumed fresh but can be stored at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerated for up to 5 days.

Can I reheat Bika Ambon?

Yes, you may reheat it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. For the best results in reheating, we recommend wrapping the Bika Ambon in foil and steaming it for at least 10 minutes. This will allow an ultimate experience to enjoy it warm and soft.
